TWIAM "That’s Where I AM" or GPS meets Twitter

Last month I worked on specifying an application that would posts user-locations to Twitter while driving from point A to point B. The application would be a good fit for the iPhone as the phone has internet capability, a GPS and a nice SDK.

I had initially planned to develop the application as a side project since it is pretty lightweight and could be a way to get familiar with the iPhone SDK.

Since -for various reasons- I haven’t started working on it yet, I have decided to share the idea on this blog. The document below explains the concept, shows an example and describes the simple GUI of the application.
